Entries close 11.08.2026 at 23:59. No entries on the day of the competition.

Good to know

• You may enter an unlimited number of events, but missed attempts in the jumps and throws cannot be made up.
• Field events: 4 attempts, no final. Track events: finals only, one false start allowed per race.
• High jump starts at 0.80 m, rising in 5 cm increments.
• Time limits: 3000 m women 25 min, men 20 min; 5000 m race walk women 48 min, men 42 min. Athletes outside the limit are not permitted to finish.
• Age group is set by your age on 15 August 2026.
• Athletics competition kit only. Sports kit required at the award ceremony.

Awards

Medals for the top three (residents of Latvia) in each event and age group. Team scoring is 3 points for 1st, 2 for 2nd, 1 for 3rd, and the best three teams receive cups.
