Entries close 1 September 2026 at 23:59 EEST. Open to all masters athletes, W35 to W90+ and M35 to M90+. Your age group is set by your date of birth on 5 September.
Events
Short hurdles (80 / 100 / 110 m), 100 m, 200 m, 400 m, 800 m, 5000 m, 3000 m race walk, long jump, triple jump, high jump, discus, shot put, javelin.
Good to know
- Long jump, triple jump and the throws have 4 attempts for every age group, with no final attempts.
- Track events are finals only, no preliminaries.
- High jump starts at 0.80 m for both women and men, rising in 5 cm increments.
- Ranking in each event is calculated on the WMA coefficient table, and the best three in every event are awarded.
- Held under World Athletics (WA) and WMA rules. Citizens of Russia and Belarus are not permitted to take part.
